Paris Saint-Germain has announced that Presnel Kimpembe is out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.

The French defender was injured in PSG's win over Nice last week and underwent surgery to repair his torn meniscus. The club says he will be out for six months, which means he won't return until next season.

Kimpembe has been a key player for PSG this season, helping them to a league title and two Coupe de France wins. He has also scored four goals in all competitions, including a crucial goal against Manchester United in the Champions League last month.

The news comes as a blow for PSG,Ligue 1 Express who were already without key players such as Neymar and Kylian Mbappe through injury. However, they still have a strong squad and will need to rely on their young talent to step up and fill the void left by Kimpembe.

Injuries can be devastating for any team, but PSG will hope that Kimpembe's absence will not affect their chances of winning more trophies in the future. With so much talent at their disposal, there is always a chance for PSG to bounce back from setbacks like this one.
