Joaquim José "João" Pinto da Costa, commonly known as Joaquin, is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for Benfica in the Primeira Liga. He was born on September 21, 1994, in Portugal.
Joaquin began his career with Benfica's youth academy and made his debut for the first team during the 2015–16 season. He quickly established himself as one of the club's most promising young players and went on to make over 200 appearances for the club across all competitions.
